1. Overview

Pactori is an anonymous contract-review tool for Android provided by Frostwhisker LLC. By using Pactori you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this website.

Pactori operates on anonymous, session-bound data. No account is required and no persistent personal profile is created.

2. Nature of the service

Pactori outputs — including the free summary, issue breakdowns, redlines, and revised draft document — are reviewable draft assistance, not legal advice.

Pactori does not guarantee legal correctness, full clause coverage, or suitability for your specific situation or jurisdiction. Pactori remains anonymous and makes no representation about the legal effect of any document you upload or any output you receive.

Always consult a qualified lawyer before signing documents with material legal or financial consequences.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Pactori. By using Pactori you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Permitted use

You may use Pactori to:

• Upload contracts or contract-like documents for your own review.
• Receive AI-generated summaries and draft assistance for personal or professional use.

You may not use Pactori to:

• Upload documents containing third-party personal data without authority to do so.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service.
• Use outputs as a substitute for qualified legal counsel in matters with material legal or financial consequences.
• Resell or redistribute Pactori outputs as legal advice or legal documents.

5. Your content

You retain all rights in any document you upload. By uploading a document you grant Pactori a limited, session-scoped licence to process the document solely to generate the requested outputs during your active session.

Document content is processed within your session and deleted when the session expires or you delete it. Pactori does not use your document content to train models or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

6. In-app purchases

Paid features are unlocked through Google Play. All billing, refunds, and purchase disputes are governed by Google Play's terms and policies. Pactori does not store payment card details.

7. Intellectual property

Pactori and its underlying technology are proprietary. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in the Pactori brand, software, or AI models beyond the limited right to use the service as described here.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Pactori is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pactori does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or legally sound.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pactori and Frostwhisker LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any output.

10. Changes to these terms

Pactori may update these terms at any time. The version date at the top of this page identifies the active version. Continued use of the app after a version change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The app will prompt you to confirm acceptance before protected actions when the active version changes.
